ASSIST is a free marketing and introduction service for licensed appraisers. We do not collect any commission or fee on the work you receive. Once we connect you with a requester, the engagement — scope, fees, scheduling, the appraisal itself, and payment — is solely between you and the client. ASSIST is not a party to the engagement and is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or payment obligations of either party. By signing up, you confirm you are a licensed real estate appraiser in the state(s) you list on your profile.
